This excursion allows you to enjoy several of the attractions of the island: the Caldera de Taburiente and the Sanctuary of Nuestra Señora de Las Nieves, patron saint of the island, as well as the rugged landscape.

PROGRAM

Arrival of the boat. Departure of the excursion. The guide waits outside the Maritime Station, passing the cafeteria, on the side facing the city with the sign "Shorexc".

Leaving the pier the first stop is the Mirador del Risco de la Concepción, watchtower that dominates the city of Santa Cruz de La Palma and its port, as well as part of the east coast of the island.

It crosses the slope when passing through the tunnel of La Cumbre to visit the exhibition of the Visitor Center of the National Park of the Caldera de Taburiente. We continue on the way to Los Llanos de Aridane where we will stop at the Balcón Taburiente Restaurant, a beautiful watchtower over the Barranco de Las Angustias, from whose terrace you can see, on the left the impressive Caldera de Taburiente and on the right, the mouth of the ravine in the ocean. While enjoying the views we can have a coffee, tea or a soft drink.

After this visit we return again to the west of the island to visit the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Las Nieves, patron saint of the Island.

Next, we descend towards Santa Cruz de la Palma to stroll through its Historic Center before returning to the Pier.

Return to the ship.
