What personal information do we get?
The data we are dealing with are the ones obtained:
• Of the forms that you fill out on our website, for example, when you make a booking request or fill contact us form on our website. We also treat the data included in requests and petitions received by email, by phone in our offices or by chatting on our website.
• The data we obtain is provided directly by you, or by third parties who process petitions on your behalf.
• Like many websites, we use "cookies" to enhance your experience and gather information about visitors and visits to our websites. Please refer to the "Do we use 'cookies'?" section below for information about cookies and how we use them
The data we deal with typically consists of:
• Identification and contact information: Name and surname, ID or passport, email and phone number.On certain occasions, the date of birth is also necessary (for example to process visas).
• Data related to your navigation. For this we use cookies and Google Analytics.
To what purpose do we treat your data?
We treat the data of our clients for the following purposes:
• Process your excursion requests and provide contracted services
• Compliance with fiscal, mercantile and administrative centralized management obligations.
• Respond customers questions or requests.
• In the event that you authorize it, your data may also be used to send offers and news from Shorexc.
What is the legitimacy for data processing?
For the processing of your personal information we rely on the legitimacy for several reasons:
• Execution of contract (provision of requested or contracted services)

How do we protect visitor information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive/credit information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
With whom do we share your data?
You must know that in some cases it is necessary to transfer your data to third parties for the processing and provision of contract services or to comply with our legal obligations, both for its formalization and for its management and execution.
It may be necessary and mandatory for the provision of the service, that your data have to be communicated to the different providers of tourist excursion services. These providers, depending on the destination country of your trip, may be located in third countries for which an international data transfer is necessary.
In all cases, SHOREXC require those companies with which we share your personal information to apply the same degree of information protection as we do.
Likewise, your personal information will be available to public Administrations, Judges and Courts, for the attention of possible responsibilities arising from the treatment.
How long do we store your personal information?
To comply with the legal requirements, your personal data will be kept for a period necessary for the provision of the service or execution of the contract, as well as for the duration of the responsibilities that may arise from it.
What rights do you have?
You have, at any time, the right to request information about the personal information we hold about you (for free once per year). If the information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed. Do we use "cookies"?
Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the site's or service provider's systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. They are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future. Third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on your visits to our website. If you would like to opt-out of ads targeted to your web preferences and usage patterns, you can opt-out here.

Cookies for third
We use cookies for a third party to collect statistics in aggregated form using analysis tools such as Google Analytics. Both permanent and temporary cookies (cookies for sessions) are used. Permanent cookies are stored in your computer or mobile device for a period of not more than 24 months.
Google Analytics uses the following “cookies”:
__utmz see where you came from (search engine, keyword, link, etc.) when you land on our pages.
__utma keeps track of how many times you have visited on our site, so we can see how many users we have that is built for the first time and how many people drop by our site often.
__utmb and __utmc keeps track of how long you are ever at our sides, and how long the visit last. These are deleted when you leave our site.
GUEST_LANGUAGE_ID saves language settings for visitors on the site and has the default value “en_US” signifying English language. In practice this isn’t nothing, then your site is only in one language.
Jsessionid used to create a unique session for each user. The reason for this is that publishing platform supports logged-in users, where each user is identified. The cookie is used in practice, as we can not provide login.
COOKIE_SUPPORT used by publishing platform to check whether your browser has cookie support turned on. This in order to provide custom functionality in cases where users must log in. We provide not login, then this is used in practice.
