From Molde, we will travel the so-called "Atlantic Road". Like a sea snake, this fabulous road winds between several windswept islands.

The fantastic path of the Atlantic Ocean is unique. It makes the connection of the municipalities of Averøy and Eide, and took 6 years to complete. The road is more than 8 km long and a total of 8 bridges to connect each of the islets, the longest of them is 190 meters.

This excursion, with spectacular and rewarding landscapes, takes us to the village of Eide and continues to the Kornstadfjord. We will continue through Hustadvika, a stretch of sea dotted with underwater formations and islets, before arriving at Bud, a charming fishing village located in front of the open sea.

We will make a photo stop at the Fortress, today a restored memorial museum of World War II. Looking across the Bjørnsund Islands, the old buildings are now used as summer houses. Following the Malmefjord through Elnesvågen and over the hills, we arrive again at Molde.

Back in Molde, we will go to the Varden viewpoint, located about 1,200 meters above the city, with panoramic views of the fjord and the Romsdal mountains.
