Description

Aarhus is the second largest city in Denmark. Enjoy this tourist "must" within our excursions for cruises in Denmark in Spanish. The mix of youthful energy and glorious past makes Aarhus a special city. In fact, it is one of the oldest cities in the country, officially founded in 1441 (although some studies place that date in the year 700). Explore this city full of contrasts, with an ancient culture and rich universities.

There is the first open-air museum in the world, "Den Gamle By", next to the second largest Cathedral in northern Europe (13th century); This Cathedral is the largest in Denmark, it is dedicated to Saint Clement -patron saint of sailors- and combines Gothic and Romanesque elements. The almost 300,000 inhabitants of Aarhus stroll and relax in the Memorial Park ("Mindeparken"), near the summer residence of the Kings of Denmark: Marselisborg Palace.

Our guides in Spanish will explain every detail on this tour so you don't miss anything and enjoy your cruise to the fullest!
